Title: Auto-update MB version

Hi all,

It might be a good idea to implement an automatic software updater, possible with a 'beta' option that can be checked. This way, the MB community is spared the hassle of downloading each version manually.

Hey willemts,

This has been discussed before. if you'd like, you can run a forum search and read all about it.
The gist of it being, that while everybody agrees it's a good feature to have, it's not as easy to implement as it might seem and time can be better spent elsewhere.
