Title: PageUp and PageDown impossible to use as hotkeys

I cannot assign these keys as hotkeys, for example :

Ctrl+Alt+PageUp : Play previous track (global)
Ctrl+Alt+PageDown : Play next track (global)

I am sure it's not hard to fix. Thanks.
