When I try to sync to the SD Card on my Samsung phone running Android 10 I get the following error : Aborted - Synchronising files - scanning device - Element not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070490). This error occurs if I try to sync a playlist and if I try to SEND a song or playlist to my device.
I am syncing via USB cable.
I have tried and they haven't solved the problem:
*disconnecting the phone - closing MB - reopening MB (no device connected) - deleting the device from MB - closing & reopening MB - re-connecting the phone & configuring it again.
*restarting my phone while connected to MB
*restarting my computer with the phone connected
I've been using MB for years & haven't had any problems syncing until I got my laptop back from a warranty service. I am running the latest version of MB.
