Sorry about my bad english
Musicbee is the best (at least for me) Player and music archive.
Is it possible to alter the software to have hearing a second track
with a second soundcard for private disco? This would be fine!!!

You might be able to do this by installing a second copy of MusicBee (using the portable version). Can't do it with just one installation.
