Title: Split option: Let users disable MB context menus but enable file associations

Currently MusicBee allows only enabling context menus AND file associations or both NOT.

I would like to disable context menus but allow file associations.
So when I double click *.mp3 file it should be played in MB.

Can this feature split be added in options dialog in next version.
