Title: I would like to be able to select the text encoding of the playlist.

My device(Sony NW-WM1AM2) cannot successfully read a playlist written in UTF8 without BOM.
If I manually save the playlist to UTF8 with BOM, the playlist reads fine.

I have found logs where the opposite request was previously proposed and is the current behavior.

So I request that the user be able to choose the text encoding of the output.
