The new Select skin > Time of day… panel does not remember its previous position.

And a linguistic observation on the panel's wordings:
The English terminologies felt slightly off to me, so for translating to my language I have changed:
'skin name:' to the equivalent of just 'skin:'
'light' to the equivalent of 'daytime'
'dark' to the equivalent of 'at night' (nighttime?)
Those come across as more natural in my language, and I was wondering if they wouldn't be more natural in English too.

I've always felt that all windows should be persistent to where they are/were when closed.

Depending on the particular website I'm viewing I sometimes use a dark/nighttime skin during the daytime. The MB forum, for instance, I always have as dark mode. So I think the current wording "dark" and "light" is more appropriate. As for "skin name" vs "skin" I think either would be self-explanatory to any user in any language.

Maybe it's a matter of expressing things poetic vs. factual?

(no, they won't. Nobody seems to appreciate/care about translation stuff much ;-)
