Title: Way to make album cover seperate from track art

I'm using the album covers layout and I was wondering if there was a way to make the main cover art different from the art for individual tracks. So basically when I play a track, the art that displays for it is different from the art for the album as a whole.

You can do this with a combination of artwork saved in the folder (for the overall album) and embedded artwork (for each track).
Use Edit > Edit Preferences > Tags (1) > Artwork settings to give embedded artwork priority over folder artwork.
