Title: Can't Figure Out How These Elements Are Set Up In The Now Playing Bar

I've been attempting to recreate the "Now Playing Bar" element/panel using a theater mode...but there's just one thing I can't figure out.

Can somebody take a look and tell me what the lyrics and artist picture elements are anchored to?
They always move together when resizing the panel but it's honestly not clear to me who depends on who.
Also, at some point during the resizing (increasing panel size), their direction starts to reverse. I totally have no clue how that's been set up.

I would appreciate a brief description of how these two are set up to behave...
If what I'm asking isn't clear, please let me know so that I rephrase. Thanks.

the now playing bar has custom code that you wont be able to exactly replicate in the theatre mode
