WifiSync at the same time as on the fly conversion?

Is this possible? I wanna wifisync but i want it to turn my flac into mp3.

Yes.  It's a setting on the "Settings" tab of the device screen (Edit->Edit Preferences->Devices->[Device]).  You set it there (turn it on and select a conversion profile) and then do a wifi sync.  You can set it to only convert lossless files, too, so that any mp3s etc won't get re-encoded.
