Title: Custom Artist Background

I was messing around MB, then I saw the Custom Background in the Music Library tab. However, the picture I added got stretched, plus it appears in every artist's background as well. I hope we can get a feature where we can add a custom background in each artists/album artists section. I think this will make the entire thing look better in the eyes. The text of the artist's name could be adaptive too, as it gets lost in the background picture.

In general all of the custom background/header options could do with this. I suppose it's probably intended as a general MusicBee layout option, but I'd only ever use them if I could do it on a playlist-by-playlist or artist-by-artist basis.

I agree this area could use some functionality.

I also wanted to wishlist the ability to right click an artist and change or add their artwork via context menu option. I know this functionality began being implemented in the beta of 3.5, but I;m not sure how to use it and I would like to access it like that ideally.
