Title: [Empty] shown in customised folder structure under library explorer

I've customised the folder structure using virtual tag ($Split) but the problem is some albums have multiple discs while some don't.
For example:

Music->
             Artist 1->
                            Album 1->
                                             [Empty]->
                                                             Track 1
                                                             Track 2
             Artist 2->
                           Album 1->
                                           Disc 1->
                                                        Track 1
                                                        Track 2
                                           Disc 2->
                                                        Track 1
                                                        Track 2

As you can see, the album without multiple discs has [Empty] shown in the folder structure.
How do i make it to become like this

Music->
             Artist 1->
                            Album 1->
                                             Track 1
                                             Track 2 
                                                           
             Artist 2->
                            Album 1->
                                             Disc 1->
                                                          Track 1
                                                          Track 2
                                            Disc 2->
                                                         Track 1
                                                         Track 2
