Title: Files in Video node to be included in tags autocomplete

Autocomplete working with tags of files being in Inbox, Music, and Video.
So far, Video node is excluded and tags of files being in Video will not show up in autocomplete.

don't know if I am allowed to do this, but can I up this 1.5 years old request?
