Title: Split "Toggle Love (on Last.fm)" into Two Hotkeys

The first being <Love>=True and the second being <Love>=false.

When MB is in the background, I sometimes find myself almost unloving a track I've already loved. I would venture to say most people utilizing the hotkey are doing so to easily love, rather than unlove, a track, so it would make sense for it to serve a singular purpose anyway.

but as two seperate extra options, while keeping the ability to toggle as well
