Title: panels change their width after some time

I use MB every day. I have my layout set a long time ago and it is perfect for me, I make no changes, don't dig in prefs every day, I don't tinker, don't fool about it but there is one irritating detail. I set a certain width of panels but after awhile I keep noticing those panels change their width. So I make them wider (left and right panel) but after some time they go back to narrower size again. Seems like a kind of glitch or a bug.
I have 2 monitors but both of the same resolution. No idea, no hint to reason for that. Any clues? Thanks
