Title: Change the behaviour when clicking artist "header" in albums & tracks view
Post by: ma_t14 on May 10, 2011, 03:01:27 PM
When you click the artist "header" in albums and tracks view currently the tracks of the first album are selected which IMO is completely wrong. This can be achieved by clicking the album art. The correct behaviour should be to select all the tracks of the current artist. The same should apply for double-click when you intend to play all the tracks from the current artist.

Thanks. But there seems to be a problem. It takes far too long to select the tracks especially when there's a lot of them. For example when clicking on an artist header that contains 135 files/1.8 GB it takes around 15s to complete the task. During that time musicbee is unusable. Anything that can be done to improve speed? My pc is fairly old but this does not seem normal at all. I use this function a lot now and I'd be really glad if you could somehow improve the speed.
