Title: Manual sorting in a playlist

It would be very nice to have a manual sorting option in a playlist as well.

This is already possible with the radio stations.

This is implemented now. You need to tick "Manual Playlist Sorting" in the Playlist Explorer header or right click on "Playlists" in the left navigator
