Title: Play/Pause Key Takeover?
Post by: G-Power on October 28, 2020, 05:38:19 PM
Greeting.
I noticed a lot of software these days making use of the play/pause key and actually highjacking the latter so that the key only affects a single application.
For example, the iTunes software by Apple actually does this in MS Windows 10.
Just to make sure that I'm clear, I'm speaking about the play/pause key oftentimes situated within the upper part of PC keyboards, mainly those distributed by Microsoft.

I've noticed that MusicBee does not perform this "play/pause key highjack" and this, therefore, results in triggering the play/pause option of several applications all at once, which is what I'd like to be able to fix, if possible.
Is there a setting that I can change to modify this behaviour? Maybe a plugin?
Thank you.
Have a nice one.
