Title: Option to close/decollapse all Playlist Folders when you shut down Musicbee

So that when I reopen it, my left side (where my playlists are) isnt a complete mess, because I have to decollapse the folders way too often (because I have a lot of folders) which is a total pain.

For the next v3.4 update I have added a hotkey to collapse all folders

Please add "collapse" to right click mouse menu. Hotkey is inconvenient because you must first give focus to the desired window (folder tree or playlist tree) and only then press hotkey.
