Title: How to hide the Back and Forward buttons?

The Back and Forward buttons seem to be used only for Music Explorer. And since I rarely use Music Explorer, they pretty much stayed eternally disabled. Is there a way to hide them?

You could edit the skin so that the 'disabled' arrow has the same colour as the background, making them invisible:

I'm guessing OP wants to reclaim those pixels.

Perhaps, but as explained that is not possible, and he did say 'hide', and making them black will do that for that skin.
