Title: adding additional tag fields to "rip cd" window. e.g - "Publisher/Record Label"

would like to see the ability to add additional tag fields to "rip cd" window so that i could fill them in before the rip starts, e.g. Publisher, Record Label, Sub-Genre, etc.

the next v3.5 update includes an input field for Publisher in the cd rip window
