Title: Remove 'n' characters from start / end of tag & Select which fields are capitals

Removing the first n characters would be useful when trying to clean up bad tagging (for me, track numbers in title) and being able to ignore or only affect certain fields when using the capitalise menu tool would also be useful when some tags are already correct.

Take a look at the Additional Tagging & Reporting Tools plugin.

Thanks for the nudge - I think my version of the dll was either outdated or broken as it took a reinstall of it to get these options to show.  :-\
