Title: Shuffle by album mixes artists if albums have the same name

Fairly minor problem. I use shuffle by album a lot, and there are a few artists that have albums with the same name, so if I play such an album, tracks from both artists are played. I'd suggest taking artist into account, I can't imagine someone using shuffle-by-album and preferring this behavior.

Did you check the Sorting/Grouping preferences for how an album is defined?

I have sort by as "Artist/Year(yyyy)/Album", and group by as "Year (yyyy)", but tracks still alternate between artists, e.g. if artists A and B have album "Foo", track "A - Foo - 01" plays, then "B - Foo - 01", and so on.
