Title: Cut (ctrl-X)/ Paste (ctrl-V)

For the next v3.4 update I have added file cut/ paste functionality that can either be accessed from the standard keys for the actions (ctrl-X and ctrl-V) or the main Edit menu.

It only works in playlists (it doesnt make sense to cut files from the library)
