Can Musicbee find all my albums (mp3) that don't have embedded artwork?
I don't need Musicbee embed the artwork in bulk, I'll do that manually, I am just hoping that Musicbee can show me which files I need to update.

I'd really like to see all album covers on my car stereo.

Tools/ Artwork/ Album Artwork Manager
select Does not match Storage Preferences

before that in Preferences/ Tags(1)/ artwork storage
only tick "embed picture in music file"

Find all tracks without embedded artwork

A great feature that I didn't know existed. Thanks.
The thumbnails of the linked album art on the right hand side make it easy to manage your images.
