Title: An option to disable volume adjustment / disable scroll wheel volume adjustment

This is crucial for any audiophile who doesn’t want to give MusicBee exclusive control of the interface (eg ASIO).

At the very least, let us disable scroll wheel volume adjustment so that unintended changes are significantly reduced.
