Title: unskinned items in Preferences > Plugins panel

Perhaps intentional or a plugin limitation, but the second checkbox and the field for the vst location are not skinned:

I would like to find out about this one too. Is there no way for skins to have any reach on these plugin checkboxes/textboxes?

its up to the plugin author to make use of the skinned controls
