Title: tracks fingerprint identification

what do you think about indentifying album tracks by mean of mbz id fingerprint reading. is it worth the hassle or do you like entire release tagging better?
for me it is not completely clear the functioning: for example you do it for a track but it is not in the db, you have to add a new record from scratch it seems...

There is an option to id table by audio fingerprint, look at the top of the tag editor. I don't know what fingerprint system it uses or even if there's more than one

oh yeah found it.
if someone has other info on this I would like to ask: what service is identify track based upon? and what is the difference with digital sound signature option?
