I recently installed Music Bee on my laptop and it created links to music on an external HD that no longer exists. Thus, for many of my albums each song is listed twice, one link works and the other doesn't. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program many times without resolving the problem.
A friend has suggested that perhaps I need to remove something from the Windows Registry. Any suggestions??

Just turn on
Preferences> Library> music library> 'on startup check for updated or missing files'
