Title: correct TAGGER QUERIES
Post by: urfausto on November 23, 2019, 03:40:37 PM
I made it in finding the exact release for my first test cd and i am very happy to see that i got results both from discogs and musicbrainz.
with foobar i couldn't find nothing anyhow with both discogs or mbz plugin but i don't think it was because of words.

to get results i had however to change automatic submitted input fields (aside tracks number which I left unchanged) since they contained accented characters and so on, now, my question is: what are the input criteria for search terms?

Whatever it is probably has more to do with the source than with MusicBee

ok thanks, so possible issues with transliteration are not managed by mb, if i get this right.

Right. MusicBee handles a lot of diacritics internally, but not externally
