Title: When changing sorting on one playlist in another playlist the list disappear

When changing sorting on one playlist in another playlist the list disappear.
All the time I have to refresh for the list to reappear.

Please HELP me!!!

Post by: Steven on November 22, 2019, 06:04:28 PM: I cant think of any reason for this to be the case. If you send me a link to your settings file (help/ support/ view settings) I will have a quick look.
Also check the error log for any errors around the time you do this (help/ support/ view error log) and post them here if there are any

When I use layout with "Boxed/Mixed Text" instead of "Centered/UPPER TEXT" it happens.
I tested it with new settings and when I set this property the malfunction appeared.

Preferences -> Layouts (1) -> header bar -> tabs bar: Boxed/Mixed Text

Post by: Steven on November 23, 2019, 10:05:39 AM: The only way I can reproduce the behaviour you describe is when one tab has the Playlists directory open (which is a default tab when MusicBee is installed) and another tab has a specific playlist loaded - nothing to do with how the header bar is configured.
Can you confirm?

Just create 2 new playlist, add files, and change sorting in one of them,
That's it, the list will disappear in the other playlist.

Maybe you should add an auto refresh each time you choose a tab of playlist

The malfunction you should worry about now is your av software deleting files that Steven provided you with in trying to help you.

I don't like this method, but I'm ready to try.
If you did a great job until now and it should be appreciated, I believe you can handle small bugs.
