If you place the main player control at the bottom, it would also be good if you could place the table bar at the bottom as well.

Perhaps it's a translation issue, but I have no idea what you're referring to. There is no element called the "table bar."
A screenshot would be most helpful.

Ahhh... -tab-bar, not the -table-bar.
No, it can't be moved to the bottom. But you can move it above or below the caption bar.
Click the square box to the left of the search bar > tabs bar > show below [or in] the caption bar.
