Title: Fresh green
Post by: andrea.ippo on March 07, 2011, 08:12:26 PM
It's still work in progress and it's based on Rotem's Asylum White (in fact, a lot of strings are still original).

I hope you like it :)

I like it.
And if you don't mind me asking, why not make it a dependent skin (http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=2797.0)?

I'm not sure I understand it correctly, can I delete from my skin file all the unchanged skinning <element />s ?

Thanks

That's right.
Just make sure to add to the root element the dependent code.

You might want to look at 'Pop Blue' as an example, http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=2227.0

I like the concept of the skin. :)

However, there is a small bug: in Mini Player View the buttons: "Show main window" and "Close" are invisible unless you hover over it.

Consider making the skin dependent and you'll get rid of such bugs right away  :)

Andrea, the image elements that haven't been changed can be deleted too.

Haha :) Well look at it this way, the less lines there is in the dependent the easier it is to change from one color to the other - so maybe some other dude will post a different color based on your dependent one.
