Title: resizable column for 'origin'

The tag 'origin' can be displayed as a column in track details, but it has a very restricted and fixed width.
That's probably because of it's purpose elsewhere for podcasts, but for use in track details it would be useful if it was resizable.

that wasnt intended to be the case outside the podcasts panel and is fixed for the next update
