Title: Last.fm genre tagging is broken

"Update Tags using Last.fm Tag Cloud" option returns no updates. However, it works when "retrieve artist genres only" is checked under "Preferences > Tags (2)". Tagging genre by album doesn't seem to work anymore.

it looks like last.fm no longer returns album tags so MB now always searches for artist tags:

unzip and replace the existing musicbee files
