Title: Menu bar

It would be nice to be able to auto hide the Menu Bar, as you can with the Windows task bar for example, and also combine the menu bar with the tabs bar, as there seems to be a lot of wasted space up there.

Thinking about it, a similar feature for the bottom panel would be nice as well.

Not sure about the rest, but you can put the tabs in the menu bar
