Title: Adjustable network buffering for radio streams

Ran into this problem again tonight (stuttering on some HQ streams), a user-adjustable network buffer would do wonders in alleviating this, may I give a gentle bump to the posts here:

Any chance of this showing up in a 3.4 beta?  Would really help with some FLAC streams!  Thanks for your consideraton.
