Title: Internet link re-ordering

Setting highlight rules has a really cool re-ordering tool which you can type the number for the new list position and it just works it out,  but that same tool would be incredibly useful in Prefs > Internet > Custom web links.

I have various searches for google/discogs/whosampled etc and its infuriating when I have to do a cut/copy/paste shuffle every time I add a new variant to keep them grouped.
