Title: Minor radio enhancements

The radio panel now supports a basic folder panel that filters the radio stations displayed.
By default it will read "category" field from the existing radio station definitions but can be changed afterwards.
The folder panel supports drag/drop so you can drag stations from the main panel into a different folder.
The folder panel can be hidden from the header bar menu if you dont want to use it

Thanks Steven, radio enhancements are always greatly appreciated!  As drag/drop operations are mentioned, could this also include the ability to manually re-order stations on the radio stations list by dragging them up/down the list and have that "stick"?

It would be useful folder column is displayed in the main panel by default.

Manual sorting is now supported by ticking "Manual Station Sorting" in the header bar menu
