Title: collapsable number column in now playing?

cant hide it cant make it small, and there isnt much space on the side there,
so it would help (me at least) to remove/resize the # column
(i see that if choose autoresize it will make the # column smaller)

i've included the ability to include/remove the '#' column in the Now Playing List in the next update tonight - just right click on the column headers and select or unselect '#'
