Since I've updated to 3.2.6756 (and tested on 3.2.6760 too), on a Windows 10 pro computer :
When Tempo Control is enabled, the tracklist stays blocked at the very end of the first played track.
So it just looks like this :

It seems that it doesn't matter what value is set in the Tempo Control (i tested randoms negative and positive values as well as 0%).

you need the old version of bass_fx.dll
http://www.mediafire.com/file/co3wwj4paazxodn/bass_fx.dll/file
or get the very latest from un4seen.com

The link to the latest bass_fx.dll from un4seen that Steven mentions which includes the tempo bug fix (version 2.4.12.1) is here: https://www.un4seen.com/download.php?z/0/bass_fx24 (https://www.un4seen.com/download.php?z/0/bass_fx24)
The changes the newer version(s) include are described at https://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=25133.0 (https://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=25133.0) . I'm just indicating this in case some of the other changes affect your own usage of Tempo and other DSP.
