Title: Video tagging problem

Hello

I'm sorry to say that disabling saving tags to video file caused much problems:

- Newly added videos with some tags added via external program are shown by MusicBee completely untagged, rescanning them does not do anything
- I'm unable to use Tag Inspector on videos
- Can't add artworks to some videos

I feel that disabling the feature caused more problems than advantages. :(

i agree MB is unecessarily disabling rescanning for .mp4 and .m4v video files, so thats been changed. MB doesnt attempt to read other video formats as they have never been supported for tagging to file.

unzip and replace the existing files

working fine for me - you cant add the artwork as embedded though
