Title: Change color of scrollbars

Is it possible to change the color of the scrollbars in the "Now Playing" tab?

The color code shows up as "38,38,38" but there's nothing like that in my regular or theater mode skin.

It is a skin, but to be used as a way to find out what each element is. Each element is a different color to help in identifying each element.
