Title: title bar not matching skin colors a bug ? or have i missed something

title bar  is black

all the skins i have tried i only  get

also the small player window is not black any more

 it has been bugging  me for awhile now  
 so just asking

on 3.2.6660

ps the two pics are the same skin

tick "Skin Windows Borders" when you select a skin

cool  that was it did not even see it

just a note the the small window that shows  play next   and so no  did not update
