Why does my music on my phone have weird characters in place of some of the apostrophes?(https://imgur.com/a/oe9X2)

My guess would be that these aren't really "apostrophe" characters as encoded but rather apostrophe-looking characters (acute accent, grave accent, right single quote, left single quote) encoded with a character set that is incompatible with your phone.
