Title: Library sort by album info
Post by: rmadd101 on January 26, 2018, 08:09:07 PM
I'm curious whether it's possible to configure my library to display the files similar to how Windows Media Player did/does in the main panel. If so, is it a matter of finding the correct skin, or am I missing something else? Right-clicking on the column headings gives 3 artwork options--none, small image, or large image; selecting one of the two with the picture puts it next to every single track, rather than grouping the whole album together and displaying the common album title, year, and album artist. I generally sort by 'Album Artist > Album' or 'Album Artist > Year' with it further grouped by Album, but would like to be able to see the artwork (and, more importantly, what's incorrect or missing) of each album that isn't currently playing. Sort of like this:

For what it's worth, I'm using version 3.0.6132 on Win7 x64 with the skin set to Windows Theme.

On the Music tab, are you selecting "Album and Tracks" view?  Mine looks almost exactly like the top example in Album and Tracks view (smaller art, though, but that's adjustable by widening the column to taste).

That did the trick - thanks!
