Title: Album with different disc names?

Is there a good way to label a single album which has different names for individual discs? I'm trying to tag the album "Grayfolded" by the Grateful Dead and John Oswald. Although it has, I believe, always been packaged as a two-CD set, the discs have distinct names, "Transitive Axis" and "Mirror Ashes". I've also seen this for some other albums, such as the discs in recent King Crimson box sets, which have unique titles for the individual discs within the album. How do people handle this?
