Title: ISSUE WITH "MOOD" TAG WHEN IMPORTING WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER LIBRARY TO MB.

Hi Steven,

The Mood tag imported from WMP seem to show up with strange (Chinese ? ) characters.

Following Redwing's suggestion I file a bug report.

I use: 
Win10 creator's version 64Bit,
MB version 3.1.6512
