Title: Ability to add elements to panel splitter

It'd be nice to be able to add elements such as buttons to the panel splitter.

not sure i understand - do you mean so you can dedicate a panel area to showing hotkey assigned command buttons?

Yes. The panel splitter can be added pretty much anywhere with the size we so if we were able to add elements to it, we could add buttons (or even images if implemented, for instance) anywhere we want in MusicBee.

In my case, I have a button with the "Now Playing List: Clear" command in the header bar, and that way I could add the button right above my Playing Tracks panel instead, which would be more convenient.
