Title: nothing shows up in window when ipod connected

I am only looking to add/remove/backup music to/from the ipod. when I connect the ipod and open musicbee, I see the ipod but there is no music listed. is there a reason it is not displaying any music

Which ipod are you using? What firmware version? And which version of itunes was last used on the ipod?
